Bishop Marquez Alexander Facing Charges
Church Leader Accused of Criminal Activity
Bishop Marquez Alexander, currently serving as Senior Pastor of Victory Temple and Assistant Senior Bishop of The Whole World of Truth Inc., has been sentenced in federal court. The United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut announced that Alexander, 41, of Hialeah, Florida, received his sentence today from U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea.
Additionally, Pedro Santiago-Marquez has made his initial court appearance in connection with the alleged murder of Jason Mendez-Ramos. The killing is believed to have been motivated by a drug debt.
